Dartitis is a condition that seriously affects a darts player’s game. We believe dartitis is psychological in nature. It is often compared with ‘the yips’, typically seen in golf, when a player can experience a loss of their fine motor skills without any obvious explanation. Dartitis can affect a player at any time, regardless of their skill level. It has affected many high-profile players including the late Eric Bristow who was very open about his lengthy battle with the disorder. When I’ve worked with people with dartitis, it’s clearly so much more than just an inconvenient setback. This is because dartitis, at its worst, can have a much wider knock-on effect on a player’s wellbeing and mental health.
If you are looking for dartitis treatment, hypnotherapy can be very effective. It helps because it can address the causes of dartitis at a subconscious level. As a result, hypnosis can help to eliminate the mental blocks associated with dartitis, correcting the thought processes and belief systems underpinning the disorder.
Please get in touch with me if you would like to find out more about dartitis treatment. At present, because of the coronavirus situation, all of my hypnotherapy sessions are being carried out online with Zoom. These sessions are really effective because you’re able to relax in the comfort of your own home. If you haven’t used Zoom before, don’t worry, it’s really easy to use and is free to download. So, if you have a quick, secure internet connection and a set of headphones you’re good to go!
Audio now available!
As a result of increasing demand for dartitis treatment, I have designed and produced a dartitis hypnosis audio which is now available to purchase. Audios are a great way of getting you used to the process of hypnosis and they really help because you can use them over and over again.
