About Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is simply a safe and natural state of very deep relaxation. You may not be aware, but all of us enter hypnotic trance every single day. Have you ever driven from A to B only to have no recollection of your journey? Or, have you ever been so engrossed in a book or a television show that you’re completely oblivious to everything else around you? That’s trance. Quite simply, trance is what happens when our conscious, critical mind temporarily becomes distracted from what’s happening around us. And, it’s when we’re in trance, that our subconscious minds become wide open and responsive to positive suggestions that can help us achieve such great changes. Hypnotherapy works by a therapist suggesting positive changes to someone who is in trance. The emphasis must always be on positive suggestions. A good therapist will always work closely with their clients’ needs and expectations in mind, producing enjoyable, inspiring and uplifting sessions to help clients achieve their desired outcome.
Is it guaranteed to work?
No hypnotherapist should ever offer a guarantee of success, and you should be quite wary of those who do! However, we do know that it is possible for many people to achieve life-changing results with hypnosis in very little time.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
I believe we are all susceptible to hypnosis, as it is simply a natural state of relaxation. However, you should not undergo hypnosis if you are epileptic or if you have a serious psychiatric disorder. Further, if you have a heart condition, you should seek professional medical advice before undergoing hypnosis.
Whilst hypnosis is considered very safe, you must never share a hypnotic recording with anyone else.
What happens in the audio?
Firstly, my voice will guide you gently into a deeply relaxed state. I will then apply positive suggestions that can help you achieve great changes. Suggestions take the form of simple positive thinking and visualisation techniques.
When should I listen to the audio?
For best results, always listen to the audio in its entirety, it’s just over twenty-seven minutes in duration. For maximum results, you should listen to it in full several times. All you need is a quiet room where you can relax, free from any distractions. It’s also advisable to listen to the audio with headphones as this enhances your experience.
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you for purchasing this hypnosis audio. I hope you find it both enjoyable and useful!
