Hello, and a warm welcome to Oaks Hypnotherapy! My name is Carys Clargo. I’m a professional hypnotherapist based in South Wales. I’ve produced this Stop Smoking hypnosis audio because of such increased demand over the past few months. These times have been so difficult for all of us. But, one good thing to come out of these trying times, is that many of us have sought to improve our general health. Of course, we all know that smoking is extremely dangerous and often has fatal consequences. Moreover, so many people have tried to stop and failed, numerous times. That’s why hypnosis is different. And it’s different because it addresses issues at an unconscious level. By doing that, it enables us to change our thought processes and our belief systems. As a result, we can make so many positive changes to our lives. And giving up smoking is no exception!
About my Stop Smoking hypnosis audio
This is a stop smoking hypnotherapy session with a difference! It’s different because, apart from the introduction, it doesn’t mention smoking, not once! And, if that seems a little strange, let me explain how it works. Story-telling is very effective when it’s combined with hypnosis. In this audio, I’ll be telling you a story of two people, both of whom own cars with faulty brakes.
Then, whilst you are listening to the story, your unconscious mind will be interpreting its meaning. By doing so, you will unconsciously start to change your thought processes associated with your unwanted behaviour. In this case, the unwanted behaviour that you want to change is smoking! And, because changes take place within your wonderful subconscious mind, you’re not even aware that it’s happening!
I’ve used this session successfully many times with face to face clients. So, I know just how effective it can be. And, I’m delighted to be able to share it with you.
However, just before you complete your purchase, please ensure that you read all of the following information.
About Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is simply a safe and natural state of very deep relaxation. You may not be aware, but all of us enter hypnotic trance every single day. Have you ever driven from A to B only to have no recollection of your journey? Or, have you ever been so engrossed in a book or a television show that you’re completely oblivious to everything else around you? That’s trance. Quite simply, trance is what happens when our conscious, critical mind temporarily becomes distracted from what’s happening around us. And, it’s when we’re in trance, that our subconscious minds become wide open and responsive to positive suggestions that can help us achieve such great changes.
Is it guaranteed to work?
No hypnotherapist should ever offer a guarantee of success, and you should be quite wary of those who do! We do know, however, that it is possible for many people to achieve amazing results with hypnosis in very little time.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
I believe we are all susceptible to hypnosis, as it is simply a natural state of relaxation. But, there are exceptions.
If you are epileptic or if you have a serious psychiatric disorder then you should not undergo hypnosis. Further, if you have a heart condition, you should seek professional medical advice before undergoing hypnosis.
Whilst hypnosis is considered very safe, you must never share a hypnotic recording with anyone else.
What happens in the audio?
Firstly, my voice will guide you gently into a deep state of relaxation. Then, when you are deeply relaxed, I will apply positive suggestions in the form of a story. The positive suggestions in this hypnosis session are super-effective in helping people quit smoking.
When should I listen to the audio?
For best results, always listen to the audio in its entirety, it’s just under half an hour long. All you need is a quiet room where you can relax, free from any distractions. You should also listen to the audio with headphones as this really enhances your experience!
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank you for purchasing this hypnosis audio. I hope you find it both enjoyable and useful!
