Your following hypnotherapy sessions will be designed specifically for you. We’ll begin with relaxation techniques, progressing to visualisation which will help release any negativity which may be preventing you from achieving a healthy weight loss. Under hypnosis, positive suggestions will be made to your subconscious mind which may help you achieve a safe and healthy weight loss.

We’ll work on a session by session basis and although it is likely that you’ll need several sessions, you may notice an improvement after attending just one.
