During this deeply relaxed state, also known as hypnotic trance, you’ll be able to look at your eating habits differently, using a combination of relaxation, suggestion and visualisation techniques. All of your sessions will be designed to help you establish a more positive mindset to help you achieve and also maintain a healthy weight loss in the future.

Although it is likely that you’ll need several sessions to fully benefit, hypnotherapy tends to work quickly and you should therefore notice an improvement early on. We will work on a session by session basis in order that we can terminate treatment at the earliest time consistent with your good care.
