How does it work?

Under hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes open to positive suggestion, made by the hypnotherapist to encourage a safe and healthy weight loss. During this safe and natural state of deep relaxation, your subconscious mind can learn to let go of any negativity that may be holding you back. At the same time, I’ll be working to really increase your positivity and motivation to achieve and maintain that safe and healthy weight loss!
